“Riding into the Sunset”

I love the old world feel to this sunset landscape. It's more than just a sunset because it has that huge storm cloud hovering over it. The sun that day was a complete surprise when it peaked out on this stormy day. It reminded me that the sun is always behind the clouds no matter how stormy life can be. There is a light at the end of the tunnel! The added layers of texture give it that layer of grit that we all seem to need. The reflection shows us the way.

Perfect on canvas as the medium, with a shadow frame and hanging to remind you to weather the storms of life knowing the sun will come out again.
